Berlin4rent.de is an agency spesialised in accommodations for visitors in Berlin.
For you as a Visitor is this service for free. Landlords administrate their propertys at their own and just offer there apartments over our service.
That means on booking
an accommodation your makinig a contract with the landlord of the accommodation and not with us.
You can select between apartments, Guestrooms, shared rooms, hostels or Hotels.

How do i find an accommodation, how can i book?
1.) Please insert in the search options your Arrival and departure day, the kind of accommodation your looking
for and press Search.
2.) You will get a list with informations and accomodations, just take a look and decide which one you want.
3.) In case that you dont find anything use also our special lastminute search and flexible search.
4.) When you decide which accommodation you want to have, just fill out the booking form. The Price and the deposit will be automaticaly calculated.
5.) The deposit has to be payed in Advance. Choose a method how you want to pay it, paypal bank tranfer or on your arrival at Landloard. The Data of the accounts will also be sent at your email. Please choose on arrival only when you book one day bevor arrival.

Where do i see the exact address of the accommodation ?
You get an initial view of the area or region in the list of accommodations.
On the Website of each accommodation you can find a google map.
Please understand, that we can not give with the exact house number.
The location shown might be very slightly divert, but it will show you almost where your accommodation is located.
After booking you will receive the exact postal address of the accommodation and the contact details of your
landlord. He can explain you very precisely the best way to get to the accommodation.
How to i get the data of the Landlord ?
After finishing the booking and tranfering the money for the deposit you will receive an email
with all required booking information - name, address and telephone number of your landlord
as well as the address of the booked item. You will
also receive the booked price and whats left to pay to the landlord.
Now get in contact with your landlord arrange the keyover.
Is there any discount for childs ?
Your Landlord has published that on the discription of his property. If he did that you should see that bei
filling the booking Form.
